Returns: We hope that you enjoy your recent purchase. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your online purchase, please follow the directions below for website returns. 


If you have questions about returning items, please email us using the contact formMerchandise purchased from https://www.bubblemehappy.com.au may be returned within 14 days starting from the date your package has been received. It is recommended that you initiate the return process as soon as possible to insure that we receive your package in the appropriate time. When processing your return, all products must be in its original condition (unused and in original packaging) and accompanied by a copy of your invoice/shipping receipt in the box. Original shipping and handling costs and costs incurred for shipping returns are non-refundable. In the case that you are returning a product because it arrived damaged/faulty, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will arrange a refund, or exchange if feasible. If your order is missing merchandise or you receive the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can start the claims process promptly. However, delays in reporting the problem will complicate the process and may result in the denial of your claim, especially if it is regarding broken glass parts as we have to establish that the parts were actually damaged during transport. Please insure your package for the retail value of the items. This way you will be protected if the package is lost or damaged. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return postage. If you choose local pick-up as a delivery method it is your responsibility to check upon pick-up that your order is correct and not missing any merchandise. Note: Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Gift Certificates also have an expiry date of 6 months from the date of purchase and will not be valid after that period has passed. Partial use is allowed. 


Nothing in these Terms and Conditions purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, guarantees and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law and other Australian laws, which cannot be modified or excluded. Except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions and as required by the Australian Consumer Law, the Business makes no warranties or other representations to the Buyer. Bubble Me Happy™’s liability in respect of these warranties, representations, undertakings and guarantees is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any warranties made by Bubble Me Happy™ to the ultimate Customer/User of the Goods is solely for the benefit of the Customer, and no Buyer purchasing goods for resale or business use shall be entitled to bring claims under any such warranties. 


Due to the nature of the products, under no circumstances will glass parts be replaced unless you can prove items were damaged in transit. We cannot replace glass parts that were damaged during usage, but we can arrange replacement parts at competitive prices for you.


LED modules come with a 7-day warranty against defects (provided that the defect did not occur due to owner’s fault). 


Bongs, pipes and accessories generally do not come with any warranties due to the nature of the products. Some manufacturers may offer extended limited product warranties, however any claims have to be made directly with the manufacturer. We will assist you with any claims but cannot guarantee that it will be accepted. Any provision of complimentary replacement parts for your used Bong/Accessory is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Please note that any provision of replacement parts or service repairs is out of goodwill, unless the Bong/Accessory is covered by a warranty.


In the case that you are returning a product because it arrived damaged/faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we will arrange an account credit, or an exchange if feasible. Note, that in some cases compensation for the item will have to be paid directly by Australia Post due to their policies. This is the case for high value items, when the damage can clearly be proven to be Australia Post’s fault. The receiver of the parcel then has to present the damaged item (including packaging) to their local Australia Post office and fill out a form. Our shipping address for returns will be given to you during the return process. Depending on your location, there will be a 2-10 business day transit time for your package to arrive at our business address. Once received, returns are processed within one business day and a credit will be posted to your account within 5-7 business days.

At BubbleMeHappy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why our returns policy has been designed to make dealing with BubbleMeHappy as easy as possible.

  • We will provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the style shown or do not do what they are supposed to do. You must provide BubbleMeHappy with image/s of the product you would like refunded or exchanged. If you do not, BubbleMeHappy will not provide you with a refund or exchange.
  • We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping provided it is returned within 3 days of you receiving it, the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Please request a returns form and fill in the appropriate fields. We will send the replacement back to you with no additional charges. However, you must pay the delivery cost of returning the goods to BubbleMeHappy.
  • If you cancel your order after you have sent payment and your reason for doing so complies with our returns/ exchange policy, we will refund the amount paid back to your account. If you paid by bank transfer, we will request your bank details so that we can refund the amount back to your account. This should take between 2-3 days to process. If you paid via credit card, we will process the refund through Square immediately and it will take up to seven days to reflect in your account.

* All items need to be returned to us unmarked, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. If the returned item shows sign of damage, wear or use we have the right to decline a refund. In this unlikely event, we will notify you by email.

** BubbleMeHappy recommends sending return parcels via registered post, as we are not liable if your return is not received.

*** Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details. Please be advised that when we have received your returned item/s, you should receive your refund within 3-5 days (it can take longer depending on your bank).



All products ordered on this site must be paid in advance. We are not responsible for any payment error occurring during checkout process due to issues related to our payment providers. We are not responsible for any postage delays once the order has been handed over to the postal organisation for transport. Any delays are out of our control once the item has been handed over to Australia Post (or courier service). Transit times are strictly estimates/averages and we cannot promise that your item will arrive within that specified timeframe. Please note that some far/remote destinations might be subject to a small postage surcharge even after order has been placed/paid for. This is due to the fact that Australia Post/Other couriers, charges up to $110 to ship some packages to certain locations (mostly remote NT, WA, TAS). Alternatively, we can cancel your order for a full refund. 


Couriers will leave a card if nobody is home to accept the parcel(s), and offer the possibility to book a redelivery online. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost/stolen parcels if you choose the Couriers “leave at premises unattended” redelivery option, as this voids any insurance. Make sure to request the standard signed-for redelivery option at all times.


International shipping fees do not include possible customs duty, fees, or taxes in your delivery country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We are not responsible for items seized or destroyed by your local border control. Please check in advance if you are allowed to import the goods you want to order from us. Shipping fees will not be refunded for orders that have been returned to us by foreign customs, a 15% restocking fee will apply on the value of the items. Seized items/orders are strictly non-refundable. 


Pre-order deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable, this includes made-to-order or special order items. Pre-order arrival dates are strictly estimate only. Delays can occur and are out of our control (long customs controls for example). 


Made-to-order and special order items have to be paid in advance and all payments are non-refundable. In general, there is no change of mind return possible for special order and made-to-order items, especially when the item has been customised for you. We are not responsible for any delays that can happen with special order items, and especially made-to-order items (e.g. customs checks, shipping delays, production delays). All delivery dates are estimates and can vary to a reasonable degree. Any pre-payment made for wholesale orders is non-refundable (i.e. items ordered in especially for you). Strictly no use of discount vouchers allowed on any made-to-order, special order, or wholesale orders. By default, all codes have been disabled for these products, however we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors in existing orders, i.e. cancel discounts.  


Loyalty points earned through this site have to be translated into a voucher under “My Account” –> “My Loyalty Points”. The voucher will be active 8 days after it has been generated and will show up in your cart to use. If an order is cancelled/returned, related loyalty points for that order will be cancelled. Bubble Me Happy™ cannot be held responsible for system faults or loss of points due to system errors, however we will do our best to recover your point balance. Bubble Me Happy™ will not allow obvious double orders that are intended to exploit the loyalty system, i.e. placing two identical orders in a short time frame, and returning the order that has no loyalty voucher applied to it for a refund. Should we suspect someone exploiting the loyalty system we reserve the right to cancel any orders or vouchers. Loyalty points cannot be used by wholesale customers under any circumstances.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless https://www.bubblemehappy.com.au, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. The Buyer and the Business agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia. 

Bubble Me Happy™ is in no way liable for any damages to your person or property arising from the use of the advertised/sold products. The use of any of these products is at your own risk and you agree to this when buying from this website, effectively waiving any liability claims.
